Originally negotiated as the 2002–2006 collective agreement, this contract was subsequently extended first to 2009, and then again to 2011. The full agreement presented here reflects the final terms in effect through 2009. The contract was extended again in 2009 through a Memorandum of Agreement; the terms from the 2009–2011 extension period can be found on this website.
The agreement came into effect on June 25, 2002, following the merger with Canadian Airlines International, which was officially completed on January 1, 2001.
