The 2011–2016 collective agreement between the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAMAW) and Air Canada was the result of binding arbitration. The agreement came into effect on April 1, 2011, and remained in effect through 2016, prior to the negotiation of the subsequent 2016–2026 agreement.
