This section contains the full 1999–2002 collective agreement between the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAMAW) and Air Canada. The agreement came into effect on June 13, 1999, and remained in effect until the negotiation of the 2002–2006 contract.
This was the final collective agreement negotiated prior to the merger with Canadian Airlines International and took place during the period of the Canadian Airlines International / American Airlines hostile takeover bid.
